I ordered the DVD set from zumbafitness.com about four weeks ago. Their ad stated that orders would be shipped within 4 to 5 days after receiving them. Nothing yet,not even an email acknowledging that they have received the order. Their price was less($45.00),but I'm starting to think that it might have been better to order from somebody else at regular price. It would be great if they would at least acknowledge that they have received the order.They could also send an email estimating when to expect the shipment.Does anybody know anything about this business? I thought at the end of the call I would be connected to some live to speak to. I was wrong. The system just hung up on me. It's was also susposed to be 3 easy payments of 29 dollars. I checked my credit card balance and they charged me $189.00 in one shot. I located a number and was able to speak to someone. This person told me they were unable to find me in the system with my name address phone number credit card number .... None of it... But they were able to over charge me for it? WTF |

Honestly i was surprised after reading all of the comments lol but it worked for me i also received an email a couple of days adter they charged my card with tracking number and order confirmation.. |

And what is this about checking your order on a whole different website ... And when i type my information "no orders found" ! By the way i could'nt order it by phone anyway, because the phone # is no more in service ! |

When I call the tollfree nuberi I get someone with a Latin accent who tells me that Ihave the wrong #. All I can do is go to my bank. |

I was not able to go back and update my order be ause I was ordering through a machine. I immediatly contacted cust service only to be told I wasn't in the system to call back the next day. I called the next dayonly to be told. It had been shipped. Straight bs. I am livid! |
