After ordering from ZumbaFitness.com on 12/15/2010 I happened to see these complaints. I did a little research and I located my order and tracking number by going to zumbaorderstatus.com. All you need to do is fill out some information such as,name or e-mail and zip code. This will give you a tracking number, click on the tracking number and it will take you to FEDEX. This will show you if they have your order and where it is at". If it is not there then you might want to contact ZumbaFitness/.com @ 1-866-649-5817 to get some answers!. I hope this helps everyone a little in locating their order'. Mine shows in transit on the FEDEX website". Make sure to look at the FEDEX tracking number for your order because it is not as long as what ZumbaFitness/.com has on your order form;. You do not have to have your order form to get any of this information either so start looking,. Good Luck, 1299394

nice...I've been looking for this info.. Zumba contact info. coz they dont have contact info posted on their own site. And they already took my first payment without even notifying me if the shipment has been placed already
