this company sucks probably you would not mind my opinion, buth service is very bad. There is not anybody you can speak with, they get the money as soon an order is placed but they do not really care about customer service, well there is none, anyway service is real bad I hope I can get my money back, I hope I can be that lucky. But knowing that they do not care about any customer maybe none of us will be able to get our money. At least they should answer the phone or something, but we know who we are dealing with. 12991e4

@experienced fitness profession: 100% agree! I've been in the Fitness Industry for 20+yrs and disappointed that we have a whole new population of unqualified people calling themselves 'instructors'. It floors me that the gym owners/fitness industry and companies have fallen for this ridiculous 'craze' and allow this only to bring in the $$$! I'm a former Latin Dancer/Pro for 5 yrs/ Instructed Latin Dance for 6 yrs. All I've seen in Zumba are vulgar hip rolls and strip style movements, nothing in comparison to what is truly Latin dance. Why do the Instructors teach barefooted? The class incorporates high impact moves. The participants follow; Monkey see, Monkey do! And they all line up by the dozens! Unbelievable!

The whole Zumba company is a disgusting money-making machine. The ugliest capitalism could get, ugh.

believe me, they will take your money and certify ANYONE who shows up....this is not professional or safe or effective in helping people work out....99 out of 100 certified "zumba" instructors are non-fitness professionals, totally ignorant about the body or cardiovascular issues let alone dance...its a joke...dont believe the hype !

I placed an order and the company tagged another item to the order and the total was an additional $24 of items that I don't need. They did not have a confirmation page before finalizing the order. 

 

I called immediately after receiving the email confirmation. They said they can't change the order until 24 hours after the order is downloaded to the call center. So I called the next day and they said the order was shipped and I have to pay to send it back. 

 

I'm sending back everything and will never buy anything from them again.  

 

What a scam!
