In Jan 2011 I was registered to attend a one day zumba fitness instructor training program approximatley 50 miles from my homes at a cost of $175. There was a very bad snowstorm and I contacted the trainer to let her know I could not attend. She told me I could schedule for another time and she took care of this for me and told me I could re-register whenever. I received an email on 12/7/11 indicating my credit expired and my money is forfeited. I was never informed there was a one year limit. I am out $175 1299098

They took my credit away the day I signed up and paid. I sent my email proof, wrote letters and never received any real help. Definitely take the refund even if you plan attending at a later date. |
