I ordered zumba fitness online 2 weeks ago, after submitting my order the screen went back to the main page. I never got a confermation email and when I checked the status it said "no order found" I callled 3 times to get the situation taken care of and they told me to keep calling back. Then finally they took my name and information to call me if they had any problems submitting my order. NOONE has called!!..after reading these complaints I've decided NOT to try and order this again. Im very disappointed. And hopefully there will not be any charges found on my credit card!!! 1298f19

same thing happened to me, and the customer service people were not helpful at all. i think they have got problems with their ordering system, and i wrote the company a lenghthy email explaining that customers are not going to be comfortable with their credit card information being sent into the black hole of cyber space. my card was never charged, but i won't be ordering from that official site ever again. i went to amazon.com and found exactly what i was going to order (Exhilarate package with Toning Sticks) with free shipping and i got it within a week.
