I ordered Zumba Fitness in Feb. 2009, then broke my leg within a week of receiving it in the mail". Needless to say I couldn't use program hobbling around on crutches/. I called them but it wasn't within the 30 days guarantee period so they REFUSE to refund my purchase price!. I have filed a complaint against them with the BBB of Florida and also with the Florida Consumers Agency down there to so avail'. Since there were extenuating circumstances I would have thought that Zumba would have obliged my refund but they are just scammers that don't care about anyone'. They only care about making more $$$$;. And trust me when you're in pain returning an item is the LAST thing on your mind;. So when I did call them within 90 days they refused to refund the purchase price". I will tell all my friends & family NOT to order this product!!! 1298ee3

Sometimes by a quirk a double billing happens...it just is! 

Nobody can control when you are.going to break something, use the program later to get back in shape! 

Zumba is not exercise- its pure fun!!! 

Email them with questions and concerns - they will respond approprietly 

And lastly 

EVERY COMPANY HAS TO HAVE A LIMIT ON RETURNS - THEY CAN NOT AND SHOULD NOT BE EXPECTED TO ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER THE TIME LISTED ON THE PURCHASE ORDER. PERIOD 

 

AND No I am not with Zumba,  

just one of their very happy customers!!!!!!

Use it when u r better. It's an amazingly awesome program. It's not their fault u broke ur leg, come on now.....
