The zumba send me and email of my confirmation that they have recived my product. Now it has been the 6th day and I have not seen my zumba product! It told me that it take 3-7 days to deliver and it been the 6th! I am really mad and really need zumba right now! Where are you zumba! Winter break is almost ending! It dosen't really take that long from calforina to florida to come over here! I try looking up my zumbaorderstatus but it want let me track it down! HELP! I am so pissed now! 1298e07

I just got off the phone with the Zumba fitness company rep. I tired canceling the order last night after ordering one Zumba they mistakenly charged me $234.54. Obviously a mistake. When i called today and checked online the zumba had not shipped. When i told the rep that i wanted to cancel the entire zumba order since I was quite irritated she said that my zumba fitness just shipped. The phone order system stinks and the customer service person last night and this morning were patronizing. They have the whole thing figured out so they can keep your money for at least a month while you fight with your credit card company to get a refund even after attempting to cancel the order. Heres who wins: zumba fitness gets the higher amount of money that i did not authorize and the credit card company gets to charge you for the money and then the consumer loses!!!! :( :x
