| 1. Written by do not order from this company on January 6, 2012 from rochester, new york, US I just got off the phone with the Zumba fitness company rep. I tired canceling the order last night after ordering one Zumba they mistakenly charged me $234.54. Obviously a mistake. When i called today and checked online the zumba had not shipped. When i told the rep that i wanted to cancel the entire zumba order since I was quite irritated she said that my zumba fitness just shipped. The phone order system stinks and the customer service person last night and this morning were patronizing. They have the whole thing figured out so they can keep your money for at least a month while you fight with your credit card company to get a refund even after attempting to cancel the order. Heres who wins: zumba fitness gets the higher amount of money that i did not authorize and the credit card company gets to charge you for the money and then the consumer loses!!!! ![]() |
