Ordered Christmas gift for daughter on 12/12/11, requested it be shipped to her, theysaid it would be received by Christmas. Zumba shipped on 12/16/11, went to local Post Office on 12/18/11. On 12/26/11 called Zumba told them item was NOT received, they said PO lost it. Called PO they said it was on "the manifest" list of pallet received but when item by item scan was done it was NOT there. Zumba was more than happy to "re-ship item in timely manner" so that she would get it quickly. Called Zumba on 1/3/12, item not even shipped yet, requested a refund and told them I would pay them when I got the item, needless to say they didn't want to do that. "Katherine G" my customer service person offered to refund my shipping and handling fee to satisfy me, when I told her the shipping was free she ran out of ideas. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She advised me that would take 24-48 hrs but she was going to follow this closely and email me in the am the tracking info and get the item expedited to 2 day shipping in the am. So when I hadn't heard from her bu noon I called and she said she JUST got the info, she would email me the tracking info and promised me she had gotten in expedited to 2 day FED EX. What a heap of bull, how to you change the shipping once it was shipped. They NEVER SHIPPED IT UNTIL I CALLED again on 1/3 and it took till 1/4 to ship it. Soooo the supervisor calls and I asked him why when I called on 12/26 it took until 1/4 to ship, he said they wanted to get it right out but with the holiday and all. I asked why wouldn't they who that immediately when I called on 12/26. His only offer to me was to refund me a $2.00 (yes two dollar) handling fee. I told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor, he said he had just spoke to him and they discussed this. I said I wanted to discuss it with him". Well it will take up to 72 hrs for you to hear from him/. I said that was fine as I probably wouldn't have the item by then and I could discuss it with him (Darryl) when he calls!. By then it will be a month since I ordered'.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE'. I WILL BOYCOTT ZUMBA FOREVER AND TELL ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN ABOUT THERE ROTTEN CARE OF CUSTOMERS?.

They say satisfy one customer and they will tell a person/. Dis satisfy a customer and they will tell 20 people;. I'm gonna tell a lot more than that!!! 1298dd1

We did a wire transfer and it was confirmed by our bank and they keep on saing that they did not receive our payment. It takes them month to reply to our emails
