They are giving me the run around. I went to an instructor training in Houston, TX in April and signed up for the ZIN Network that would charge me #30/month to receive a DVD/CD monthly and I never received anything.

I was also not able to get on the website as a ZIN member so I figured they didn't charge my card and I just received the extra dvd/cd at the training.

Well, my husband found that they had been charging 30/month and I Never received anything! So I found a no. in FL and got a hold of someone and she told me they had no info. for my email or name! Are you kidding me? I was looking at the emails they sent me from zumba! So, she wants me to fax the info from the bank showing they have been charging! I want a refund and cancel acct. Do not deal with these people! I hope I get my money back! 1298da3
