I am extremely disappointed with Zumba.com because I had an instructor training that I could not attend, and decided I would like to put it on hold so I could use it in the future. One year later, I never got a notification stating that my balance would expire....They never called me, notified me via email except that when it expired, somehow they have found my email to notify me.

I called customer service and they have told me they sent me 3 emails notifying me. That is a lie and they are the biggest liars I have ever encountered. I will never do business with them again and would recommend you to stay away from them!

Next time, you might want to ask them "to what email address did you send it." I had the same issue about something else. I called them and they said, "We sent you an email" I asked for the email address and I realized I typed it wrong! It was my fault!

I did check my junk box. So, no... They just kept my money... That's their business motto.

I had to postpone a training and received 3 emails about how it was good for a year. One from the trainer, 1 automated immediately and 1 reminder. Sorry that happened but you might wanna check you spam box. May have landed in there. :(
