I ordered from Zumbafitness.com on 6/13/10 and I am still waiting. Called on 6/21/10 asking about the status of the order". Was told it would ship that week or early the following/. That was fine with me because I figured they would be busy with the TV special ad they kept showing?. But then I called today 6/30/10 and asked again when my order would ship and she stated that well they get shipments weekly and said she had to check with her supervisor/. Then after being on hold for 10 minutes they came back on telling me the same thing I was told on 6/21/10/. Then they state well my supervisor told me that we didn't receive all of the inventory so they "should" ship by the end of the next week/. It is just frusturating'. I work for a online website and I know that you can be out of things but we always let our customer's know the enxt avaliable date given for the items and we also know what we are talking about/. I am just very annoyed right now with this company! 1298b85

I hate that you ally have had so many problems. I work for the company and pay a lot of money for the music and dvd myself as an instructor. Go to Zumba.com it is the site that we instructors order from. All the products are there and I think s&h is cheaper and faster. Also write customer service. I know for a fact that the Betos as we call the, who are the company owners ( both named Alberto) read every single message that come in. pamela even if you ordered by your debit card you can still get your money back call the company and ask for a supervisor and a tracking number they have to provide a tracking number if they don't contact your bank and report it. also for the lady who is being charged for more dvd's call the company and cancel and tell them you don't want anymore. or better yet call the credit card compnay and tell them the company refused to cancel a monthly subscription which you didn't authorize and make sure you write down the name of the person you spoke too if the company refuses to cancel as the credit card company will need that information

I ordered zumba fitness on thursday of last week online inputed all the info along witb my credit card number after i was done the screen goes black wth n seconds later im back on the main zumba screen i call the custome service number friday they said the have not received it called monday rep said it takes 48 to 73 hours to download n i told them what happened with the screen goin blank called tuesday they said to check back wednesday im reached 1 week only for them to tell my order didnt go thru the heck poor as customet service they could have told me soonerb :x :x :(

I didnt want to order through the automated system where there is never a live person, so I looked up their customer service number and ordered mine. I received it in about 2 weeks by FedEx which I thought was a long time, but whatever. I love it! I would suggest ordering with a live person go to zumbafitness.com and click on contact us for the phone number.

My husband ordered me the Total Transformation System from www.zumbafitness.com and I received the first set about a week ago. The first set is two DVD-s and the toning sticks. He was under the impression that they were $19.95, as the infomercial states. But after the initial order they set you up for automatic shipments of more DVD's...the next shipment is in April and the charge is $59.85. Who knows how many they are going to send after that and now they have our credit card number! I do not want this system and am going to try to return all of it and stop this process...I just can't afford it right now and this whole company is sketchy...they aren't even affiliated with zumba.com. They are the same company that sells other TV products like Pillow Pets and the Finishing Touch Hair Trimmer. If you want Zumba products I reccommend ordering directly from Zumba.com.
