I purchased the Zumba Fitness package and paid for the package in 1 payment with the agreement that I would receive a second set of hand weights along with all of the extra workout DVD's and within 3 days. It was over a week before I received the package and when I did, I received a total of 4 hand weights and was charged for all of them as well as shipping and handling. It cost me $180.40 when I was expecting to only pay not more then $72.80. When I called to report the error in shipping and the cost of the advertisement the person on the phone tried to tell me that they don't advertise on TV. I still have not received my return label. Any suggestions???? 1298a7a

Written by bree on January 24, 2011 from arkansas city, kansas, US call 1866-649-5817 for tv orders, this number is not on the web site. i also did the single payment with the promise of a faster shipping.. they added $25.90 to my $72.80 order saying i had ordered a extra set of weights also.. i cancled the exta pair and had the order corrected. |
