I have also placed an order for Zumba fitness and have not received anything. I placed my order on 12/1/10 and I called the 1-866-649-5817 number and it stated that my order shipped on 12/2/10. According to my online bank statement my card was hit on 12/6/10.

After reading the posts I'm beginning to wonder since I never received any confirmation number, etc.

Question: Has anyone received an order that you placed with Zumba via the special order advertised on tv? I'd like to know if I've been ripped off. 1298a54

I haven't received mine either ordered feb. 19, 2012 call ,write credit card and credit bureau and FCC...(the scam was on tv)

I also ordered the zumba fitness off the television.. I wanted to pay it in three months the $60+ was taken out of my account... The same day I called ups and the zumba number again and I still have no zumba workout DVD today and I ordered three weeks ago!! I'm highly pissed and I want my money back!!!!

I have placed an order for the Zumba fitness dvds on Zumba.com on Dec 29th 2010. I received an email saying it had shipped through Fedex but the tracking number is invalid. When I go to log in to Zumba.com evrything including my username, password and email address to reset them are invalid (which is weird since I have an email from Zumba.com) I have been charged and am starting to think somethings up.
