Customer service at Zumba.com is horrific! Takes days to get an email response and you can forget about getting through on the "phone" line. It's a perpetual hold system. I would love to have the product....but if I knew I was going to have to wait several weeks for it, I'd have bought it through Amazon and paid a few extra bucks. Still waiting, still no response from Zumba...do I cancel or wait some more? Really irritating that they do not have adequate customer service for their product.
